Paris-based Pivot announced it raised $40 million in Series B funding to expand its AI-powered procurement platform. The oversubscribed round was led by Forestay Capital and Notion Capital.

The company operates in over 25 countries and processes $3 billion in invoices annually for enterprise clients including DoorDash, Lemonade, and Flix. Founded in 2023, Pivot has now raised $70 million total.

Pivot’s platform uses AI agents to automate procurement workflows including sourcing, approvals, purchasing, invoicing, and payments. The system integrates with multiple enterprise resource planning systems while maintaining real-time visibility into committed spending.

“Finance and procurement leaders tell us the same thing: they don’t need another workflow layer,” said Marc-Antoine Lacroix, co-founder of Pivot. “They need to know what the business is committing to spend before it becomes a problem at close.”

The funding comes as the procurement AI market shows explosive growth potential. Gartner forecasts that agentic AI in supply chain and procurement will grow from $2 billion in 2025 to $53 billion by 2030, representing a five-year compound annual growth rate of 93.5 percent.

Pivot will use the new capital to deepen ERP integrations and expand into more complex enterprise environments. The company was founded by Romain Libeau, Marc-Antoine Lacroix, and Estelle Giuly, who previously held leadership roles at companies including Deliveroo, Qonto, and Wave.ai.

“Procurement is one of the last major enterprise functions still waiting to be rebuilt for the AI era,” said Jessica Thomas, partner at Notion Capital. “Pivot is the only player reimagining it from the system-of-record up to serve agentic workflows.”

The investment reflects broader momentum in agentic AI funding. Companies in this space have raised $2.66 billion across 44 rounds in 2026 through April, representing a 142.6 percent increase compared to 2025.
